What you will bring to Rayn as an Organisational Development Specialist

  • Evaluate and manage Organizational Development (OD) processes; assess organizational development needs of functional units.

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals. 

  • In partnership with the CXOs, support the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders.

  • Consult with management on performance and organizational needs.

  • Manage the performance appraisal and feedback programs; coach managers on the performance review process.

  • Evaluate and partner with management to resolve interpersonal and work-related problems and meet with managers to determine effective mediation techniques.

  • Ensure effective and legally compliant plans to address employee performance issues, performance improvement plans and other documentation.

  • Gather and assess feedback from all levels in the organization regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes and highlights. 

  • Lead and launch the annual compensation assessment and merit award process. Provide company-wide recommendations to the  Executive Team utilising salary survey data, market intelligence and anecdotal information gathered from managers, recruiters and other available sources.

  • Lead or assist with training sessions covering specified areas such as those concerned with Employee Development, Policies and Procedures, etc.  

  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • At least 5+ years related experience.

  • Professional certification strongly preferred: SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
