What you will bring to Rayn as a Performance Marketeer 
  • As a Performance Marketeer, you will be responsible to plan, execute and evaluate the performance marketing strategy. You will be responsible to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness for both internal and external Rayn clients.  You’re expected to have both technical and creative abilities to make strategies that would wow audiences. 

  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.

  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.

  • Propose the strategy and budget for effective media buying on social media platforms. 

  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.

  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.

  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.

  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry.

  • Develop hypotheses and perform A/B (or multivariate) testing to recommend optimizations.

  • Work with the team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming. 

Your qualifications
  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences or related field. 

  • Over 4 years of experience in performance marketing. 

  • Media buying professional.

  • Meta Blueprint Certifications.

  • Meta Certification Media Planning.

  • Google Skillshop Certification for Search and Display Ads.

  • Very keen attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding of equipment, software and performance marketing processes. 

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Strong at multitasking and time management. 

  • Strong communication skills.

  • A creative understanding of design.
