What you will bring to Rayn as a Technical Recruiter

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies.

  • Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions.

  • Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.

  • Draft recruitment advertisements; post on LinkedIn and Career Page.

  • Coordinate with qualified candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.

  • Ensure good candidate experience through timely processing of each employee requisition.

  • Provide advice to hiring managers regarding the quality of talent.

  • Facilitate contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical industry/community and marketplace.

  • Attend job fairs and industry conferences.

 Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field required.

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.

  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.

  • Experience using ATS.
