What you will bring to Rayn as a UX Researcher
  • As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for the end-to-end UX research for internal and external projects. 

  • You are expected to use your observatory and analytical skills to help create products that wow customers.

Your qualifications
  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Human Psychology or a related field.

  • A good understanding complemented by experience in order to conduct and evaluate primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research.

  • Analysing and synthesising qualitative and quantitative research data to enable a more data-backed approach to design.

  • Create actionable deliverables in the form of engaging reports, journey maps or other materials as needed.

  • Work closely with fellow researchers, designers and content writers by providing insights from research that impact the UX.

  • Conduct usability studies and testing on low and high-fidelity frames.

  • Bringing in ideas to automate processes and standardise research practices.

  • Build user research case studies post-project completion.

  • Translate findings to business opportunities with a track record of fuelling business growth with your insights.

  • Very keen attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding of the Design thinking / User-centred design process.

  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during each phase.

  • Strong communication skills.
