Rayn, headquartered in Singapore and led by CEO Mo Aidrus, is a dynamic products and solutions company. Established in 2020, the company has rapidly expanded its global footprint, with offices in Boston in the USA, and Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad in Pakistan.

The Challenge

Rayn encountered a few hurdles, including an incohesive design language – leading to a less unified online visual identity. Their social media platforms struggled to convey a distinct brand identity, leading to limited engagement and a smaller following than they had hoped for.

Motivated to establish a notable presence in the local tech sector, the company identified the importance of harnessing its technological expertise and featuring its distinctive office culture through captivating photography and videography on its social media channels. This visually led approach aimed to enhance its online presence and bolster community engagement.

We also used X (Twitter) to initiate discussions and created engaging content to connect with the target audience. We expanded our reach by partnering with organizations like WWF on social media, adding depth and credibility to our client's online presence.

By following this comprehensive approach, we not only established a strong brand identity but also effectively used various marketing channels, including website design and development, to amplify our client's messages and increase their impact.

LinkedIn also experienced a substantial boost, with organic followers surging by over 100%, underscoring our effective communication of Rayn's tech expertise and the team’s accomplishments. 

On the Twitter front, our engagement tactics were a resounding success, resulting in a remarkable 356% increase in followers.
